Artificial Intelligence: Improves the Overall Job Accuracy of HR Process

According to a report, almost 68% of the surveyed companies think that integrating artificial intelligence into the human resources process enhances overall work accuracy.
The survey shows that 72% of participants believed that employing AI in the HR process increases productivity and consumes less time since they think AI can automate numerous HR-related tasks while improving the systems' efficiency.
The research of the HR solution provider Genius Consultants was focused on an online poll with over 825 organizations from a variety of industries, including banking and finance, construction and engineering, education, FMCG, hospitality, HR solutions, IT, ITES and BPO, Logistics, manufacturing, media, oil and gas, and pharmaceuticals.
Additionally, the poll shows that 44% of respondents say that "AI-based chatbots are now the preferred tool for the initial interactions and engagements during the recruiting process, which also helps recruits to settle into their duties and comprehend the company's numerous facets afterward. However, 48% of the participants expressed skepticism about utilizing chatbots since few individuals have not yet adopted the latest technology trends.
Conversely, the findings indicated that 68% of participants did not believe that AI technology would be better for orientation and the HR process due to the high costs and confidentiality issues associated with its deployment and implementation.
In contrast, more than 63% of the participants felt that AI technology was a huge help and assistance for onboarding and training new employees since it may produce more significant outcomes at work. Meanwhile, more than 56% thought that AI could gradually replace humans.
As per the report, most organizations are already using artificial intelligence (AI) and other cutting-edge technology in a wide range of processes, from hiring to manufacturing and customer service.
The research revealed that 75% of respondents agreed that new workers should go through automated and AI training since it improves their understanding of business policies and, if informative, can also assist in having a lower turnover.
Given the current circumstances, artificial intelligence is the future of every industry, including the human resources sector. Even though it is viewed as a cost center for businesses, R P Yadav, the CMD of Genius Consultants, suggested that artificial intelligence is a good investment in human resources.
