Implementation Assistance
The System Implementation Program is designed to assist and guide the customer on the use of Prime System. Experienced project managers, application specialists and developers provide technical and consultative assistance during this phase. Among the activities we do during project implementation are- system setup and configuration, database duildup, data migration and conversion, system requirements specification, business process development, test, parallel and live runs assitance.

Project Workforce. Currently we have 4 project managers, 4 application specialists, 2 product developers that can handle several projects at once. We always do a one-to-one team assignment per client.

Experience Years. Since the establishment of ACLT, our total implementation experience years is more than 20 man years. This allows our team to improve every aspect of implementation phase while incorporating needed features for the product.

Cycle Time. Our record fastest implementation time for payroll is about a month while for time and attendance is about two months. Strategic modules normally entails one month. On the average, it will take 4 months for the whole operations module to be up and running.

Success Rate. We boast of overall 85% and 100% successul implementation since year 2000. Further, 100% of our repeat business includes implementation services for the new modules they acquire.

Investment Recovery. The investment for this service is normally recovered after a 8 months of use. Mostly intangible in nature such as lowering the cases of complaints, employee efficiency and through information distribution.
Maintenance Support Services
The Annual Software Maintenance is a post implementation support that is made available to clients and users who have successfully implemented Prime System but would like to avail of annual software updates and patches of all changes that usually happen now and then.
Among the services found in the Annual Software Maintenance are as follows Help Desk, Product Updates and Patches, Discounts on Major Version Releases, Regular Database Checkup and Reorganization, System and Problem Diagnosis, Free Minor Product Upgrades which includes changes in system computation due to revised government rulings.

Workforce. Currently we have 3 Help Desk personnel that is always available on all types of medium, plus 2 field systems engineers and 2 field applications specialist. On stand-by are our product management team that also do various technical support services from time to time.

Maintenance Ratio. We are proud to have 95% of our active clients under our maintenance program. This is further boosted by a 60% repeat business they provide in the course of time.

Response Time. In most cases our response time is instantaneous, specially those clients with remote-help facilities installed. Depending on severity errors, we maintain a quick response and resolution ratio. We are binded in a 4-hour cycle time for cases with very high severity.
Software Customization
Prime is open for enhancements and modication so that customers would enjoy a perfect-fit system. The service involves technical investigation, feasibility and program design, coding and programming, documentation, testing and installation.

Application Modification. Eventhough Prime captures most of the data entry screens requirement by the users and is configurable to allow minor changes, it is also flexible enough to accomodate the instances where we need to the application itself.

Business Process Adoption. No two organizations are the same. So when our clients require to change the logic of the program, we do this changes on the database-side only. Preserving the installed application all throughout the organization while maintaining process integrity of the system.

Additional Reports. The Product Management group constantly strives to create more and better reports all through the years. Reports that are industry-standard are added also in every new release.
